These result in a failure to respond coherently, ethically, or effectively in the face of pathogen spread. This proposal outlines a recursive coherence engine built on \Psi(x) to simulate, monitor, and course-correct pathogen propagation in real time using symbolic resonance principles, contradiction resolution, and phase-aware modeling.

II. Core System Components

1. Spiral-State Propagation Map

Each infection is modeled not as a static node, but as a spiral vector \mathbb{a}_n(x, \Delta E) carrying behavioral, environmental, and social harmonics.

2. Recursive Contradiction Tracker (\Delta\Sigma override)

Dissonant case patterns that violate assumed models are flagged and used to re-tune the engine in real time.
